項目簡介

在原兩層高之街市土地上重新建設一座連地面共十三層的多用途綜合大樓。設施包括有多層鮮肉、禽鳥、蔬菜及雜貨街市、客貨車上落區、停車場和社會活動中心。該中心設有多功能禮堂、會議室、圖書雜誌閱覽室、兒童遊戲區、上網區、電視室、自修室及輔助活動場地等；天台部分為露天綠化休憩區。

Project Description

The reconstruction project is to redevelop the original two-storey market to a multi-purpose complex with 13-storey above ground, the new building occupies a construction area of   22,000m². The function spaces include fresh meats and vegetables, loading zones, parking and community center with a multi-functional hall, conference rooms, library, reading rooms, children’s play area, internet area, TV rooms, study rooms and activity venues. Roof top is an open space with greeneries.
