本研究的目標為提升三盞燈一帶商業吸引力、更新小區生活便利元素、突顯東南亞風情和喚起人們對昔日生活的美好記憶。 報告對市政設施更新概念性規劃作出兩個方案，分別為 “整治方案” 及 “綜合規劃方案”，兩個方案也切實地對三盞燈區內的市政設施的問題及功能配合作出全面性整治。

Project Details

Through planning the “three-lamp district”, this project aims to enhance the commercial attraction, renew public facilities, spotlight the South-east Asian culture and recall people’s good memories of the district. Two schemes were suggested for the conceptual plan. They are “Regulation Scheme” and “Integrated Planning Scheme”. Both schemes provide solutions to problems related to municipal facilities and suggest ways to optimize their functions.
