項目簡介

新建築物位於澳門馬揸度博士大馬路362號，建築功能佈局方面，設計充分利用三角形的地形特點，將課室安排於四樓以下通風採光較佳的有利位置，關鍵立面用層次豐富的圓形中庭空間將兩翼的課室連接，同時為學生課間活動提供場所。學校的外觀設計選用明朗的顏色基調和線條組合，配合動感的造型和層次豐富的立面，是一所繼承傳統又融合現代的學校。空間佈局方面，為一棟9層高及地下2層的建築物。地下一層為室內活動區及露天運動場，地下二層為停車場。其餘樓層設有多個課室、大型多功能室及室內運動場等。

Project Description 

The project site is located in Areia Preta E1 District. To take full advantage of the triangular site, the classrooms were placed at the best ventilated part of the 4th floor and below. The building is connected by the circular atrium, which serves as student playground.  The colour and texture of the facade design enhance the feeling of space and spirit of vibrancy.  The innovative school design embodies the spirit of the school, which enjoys both the traditional value and modern concept. The school has 9-storey above ground and 2-storey of basement.  Indoor activity facility and open stadium are at Basement Level 1 and parking facility is at Basement Level 2. There are classrooms, large multi-function hall, and indoor gymnasium located at the upper levels.
