新域城市規劃暨工程顧問有限公司（新域）於1990年成立，致力為客戶提供創新、可靠及專業的城市規劃及工程顧問服務。
新域為首間就城市規劃、建築及工程範疇提供全方位一體化顧問服務的本地公司。經過逾三十載的經營，本公司所提供的服務包括城市規劃與設計、建築工程、項目管理和監理等，其客戶包括澳門特別行政區政府、公共事業公司、大型跨國集團及本地中小企等公私營機構。
新域是全澳第一所獲澳門消防局認證登記入其第三方合資格實體名單的機構，擁有編制澳門性能化消防計劃及第三方評估實體的資格(註冊編號: IETQ001/2022)。
除了在本澳提供服務外，新域亦積極開拓廣東省市場。在2022年初，新域獲橫琴粵澳深度合作區都市規劃和建設局頒發「澳門建築及相關工程諮詢企業資質備案認可書」，可在橫琴深合區從事指定的設計及監理業務；此外，新域亦獲廣東省自然資源廳認可，可在廣東省從事規定的規劃業務。2023年，新域完成廣州南沙經濟技術開發區規劃和自然資源局備案程序，成為第一批在南沙執業的港澳地區城市規劃專業企業。

CAA City Planning & Engineering Consultants Ltd. (CAA) was founded in 1990. CAA was the first local consultancy firm that integrates planning, architecture and engineering consultancy services in Macao.
The Company has dedicated to provide innovative, reliable and professional services across multi-disciplinary including Planning & Development, Architecture & Design, Engineering, Project Supervision and Management over the years, Our clients include both public and private sectors: Macao SAR Government, major utility companies, large scale international conglomerates, local institutions and private sectors.
CAA is the first entity to be accredited in the list of third-party entities issued by Macau Fire Services Department (registration no. IETQ001/2022), having the qualification to elaborate Macau performance-based fire safety project and third party assessment.
CAA is permitted to provide designated services in the Guangdong Province, Hengqin and Nansha.

規劃、建築、工程設計、項目監理及管理顧問諮詢均需要豐富的專業知識、全方位的技術及項目經驗，本公司擁有一批有資深經驗和創新思维的城市規劃、建築、土木、結構、土力、電機、交通、環境工程及經濟財務的專業顧問。新域的專業團隊擁有豐富的內地和國際項目經驗，曾與國外專業人士共事及精通英語、廣東話及普通話，故此有助了解客戶的需要並提出具國際水平的解決方案。
